contacting, or otherwise using information on roaming partner customers
for commercial gain. We are contractually bound to adhere to the
highest ethical principles. Our roaming partners’ customers
will not ever be contacted directly by WMS unless in direct cooperation
with the individual roaming partner.
WMS provides a 24x7 NOC for our wireless technology deployment.
Moreover we are supported by the full staff of the AT&T international
roaming team. If any of your customers have an issue
with using the service, WMS has the staff and focus to ensure as
positive a customer experience as possible. |
